Membership Terms
My Czech Heritage — Membership Terms
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These terms describe how my genealogy research membership works. They're written to be read, not skimmed — most questions clients ever ask are answered here.
They apply to memberships only. Standalone services, including The Czech Family Tree, are governed by their own Service Terms.
1. What the membership is
1.1 My Czech Heritage membership is a guided genealogy research service. It is not a one-off family-tree purchase or a guaranteed completed family tree. You purchase my research time, expertise, and method — organized around your personal research plan.
1.2 Our shared goal in Chapter One is a 6-generation pedigree chart (you plus five generations back), as far as available records allow. Genealogy is discovery: I promise the search, the method, and complete honesty about results — no researcher can promise what the records contain. I cannot guarantee a complete family tree. Some records no longer exist; some cannot be found or read. What I guarantee is a documented, honest search — including a clear account of what was searched without success. A standalone family-tree project is separate from membership and is governed by the Family-Tree Service Terms shown at the time of purchase or booking.
1.3 The three chapters (The Family Tree, The Family Chronicle, The Legacy) describe our proven path. They are a plan, not a schedule: based on our agreement, chapters may blend or shift order. Chapters mark your research progress, not your billing.
1.4 My research covers Czech sources and the archives of the Czech Republic only. Research in the country of emigration — e.g., American vital records, ship manifests, naturalization papers — is not part of the membership; that part of the work is yours, and what you find there becomes the input for our Czech research. Where your family's trail leads to other countries' archives, I will gladly refer you to trusted colleagues; their services are separate from this membership.
1.5 All communication takes place in writing (email and shared documents). I don't offer phone or video calls: written communication keeps a permanent, searchable record of your research — and keeps research time where it belongs, in the records. Communication priority by tier is listed on the pricing page.
1.6 My team. Parts of routine research (e.g., register scanning, transcription, administrative work) may be carried out by trained assistants working under my direction. Every assistant is bound by a confidentiality and data-processing agreement, receives only the data needed for their task, and never communicates with you directly. I review their work and remain fully responsible for everything delivered to you.
2. Scope of research
2.1 Sibling research covers birth/baptism records only. Marriages, deaths, and later life events of siblings of your direct ancestors are not included in Chapter One.
2.2 Archive work depends on record availability, access rules, archive digitization, and opening hours. My research works with freely accessible sources: digitized parish registers online and archival materials open to the public. Czech law protects recent register entries for 100 years (births), 75 years (marriages), and 30 years (deaths); records still within these protection periods are outside the scope of my research — in every membership tier. Where a record is out of protection but not yet available online, I obtain it by written request to the archive or registry office (see 2.6). In practice, our research focuses on the 19th century and earlier — which is exactly where your Czech story lives; the bridge from you to your 19th-century ancestors is usually built from your own family documents and American records.
2.3 Where a record cannot be found or read, your monthly research update will state what was searched, where, and why the trail ends there. Documented negative results are research results.
2.4 Searching for living relatives is part of Max membership only. Research into living persons is limited by privacy law (GDPR). The search works with publicly available sources and a respectful, consent-based approach — I make first contact on your behalf through whatever channel fits best (a visit to the village, a local office, social media, or otherwise), and only with the relative's consent do I pass their contact on to you. Whether and how a relative responds is always their choice. Register entries within the protection periods (2.2) remain outside the scope even here.
2.5 Field research trip (Premium and Max). Premium and Max memberships include one field research trip per membership year: one visit with a single destination within the Czech Republic, chosen from your research plan — one specific village, one archive, or one registry office, never a combination of several. The scope of the on-site work is agreed together in advance, and the visit covers the time that agreed research task requires. Every trip is documented with photographs and a written report. Eligibility: monthly memberships after 6 consecutive paid months (i.e., from the 7th month); annual memberships from the start. Trips are scheduled by region and season. Unused trips apply to the membership year in which they arise and do not roll over. One additional trip per membership year may be purchased (Premium and Max only), priced individually from $499 depending on region and scope.
2.6 Official fees. Fees charged by Czech archives and registry offices (typically the equivalent of $2–15 per lookup, copy, or certificate) and related postage are not included in the membership. Where an office can practically bill you directly, it will; otherwise I advance the fee and pass it on to you at cost, documented with receipts. The communication and paperwork with Czech offices is included in every tier.
3. Membership tiers, billing, renewals
3.1 Current tiers, prices, and what each includes are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in USD.
3.2 Monthly memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled before the next billing date. Annual memberships renew automatically each year unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime in your member account; cancellation stops future billing and your membership runs until the end of the paid period.
3.3 Annual membership is priced at 12 months for the price of 10 and includes the annual bonuses listed on the pricing page. Annual bonuses are not part of monthly memberships.
3.4 Upgrades (e.g., monthly → annual, or a higher tier) take effect from your next billing date. Payments already made are not pro-rated or deducted from the new plan's price — that is, an already-paid month is not converted into a partial credit toward the new plan.
3.5 Unused weekly or monthly benefits (e.g., record reviews) apply to the week or month in which they arise and do not roll over.
3.6 Membership places are limited by my research capacity. The current number of open places is shown on the website.
4. How we work together
4.1 Your membership starts with an intake questionnaire and reading assessment. Within two weeks of receiving your completed intake, you receive your personal research plan.
4.2 Research I build on must be verified. If you bring existing research, I confirm its key connections against original records before extending it — this verification is part of the research work.
4.3 Every billing period ends with an output of the work completed so far: a monthly research update, and at the end of each membership year, a complete overview of your research with a proposal for the year ahead.
4.4 Your part matters. Some steps need your input (documents, family information, decisions). If I'm waiting on your input, research on the affected line pauses; your membership and billing continue to run. If you expect to be unavailable for a longer time, contact me — we'll agree on how to use the time (e.g., lines that can proceed without you).
4.5 I respond to messages as fast as possible, in the order of membership priority — Max first, then Premium, then Standard. Research work is scheduled monthly; urgent requests outside your plan may not be possible within the same month.
4.6 Written support. Standard membership includes review of and guidance on up to 4 records per week; unused capacity does not roll over. Premium and Max memberships include unlimited written support within fair personal use — that is, for the research of your own family.
4.7 Your family tree. The family tree is built and maintained in your own account on a third-party platform (typically Ancestry or MyHeritage), into which you invite me as an editor. The tree and the data in it remain yours at all times, including after your membership ends. The platform's own terms, pricing, and availability are outside my control and are a matter between you and the platform.
5. Record translations (optional add-on)
5.1 Your membership always includes a research summary in English of every record found: names, dates, places, occupations, house numbers, and what the record means.
5.2 A full word-for-word translation of a record is an optional paid add-on: $49 per record created after 1784, $59 per record created before 1784. Premium members receive 15% off, Max members 25% off. These discounts apply to add-on translations, not to any part of the membership itself.
5.3 Full translations include everything that can be read. Old records are sometimes partially illegible (typically names or signatures of godparents and witnesses); illegible passages are omitted and marked as illegible, with a brief explanation. Partial illegibility is a property of the record, not of the work, and does not entitle a refund.
5.4 Full translations are offered for parish register records (matriky) only. For other documents — letters, chronicles, land registers, and similar sources — I provide the essential facts and their meaning as part of the research summary; word-for-word translation of such documents is not offered.
6. Deliverables and your rights to them
6.1 Research outputs (updates, summaries, charts, the filled chart template, chronicle materials) are yours for personal, family, and non-commercial use.
6.2 Copies of archival records remain subject to the terms of the archive that holds them. I always tell you the source, so your family history remains verifiable.
6.3 I may use anonymized examples of research (no living persons' data) for education or marketing. Your consent is requested once, at the start of our cooperation (in the intake questionnaire); if granted, it applies to future anonymized examples automatically. You can withdraw it anytime, and saying no changes nothing about our work.
7. Confidentiality and personal data
7.1 Family information is often sensitive. Everything you share stays confidential and is used only for your research.
7.2 I process personal data in line with GDPR. Details are in the Privacy Policy, which also explains how I handle research materials, family-tree data, information about living relatives, and communications.
8. Refunds and cancellation
8.1 You can cancel future renewals anytime (see 3.2). Payments for periods already started are non-refundable, because research time is scheduled and performed continuously.
8.2 If I am unable to continue providing the service, unused full months of prepaid annual membership are refunded pro-rata.
9. Changes
9.1 I may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days ahead. Price changes never affect an already-paid period and existing members are always told in advance.
Family-Tree Service Terms
The Czech Family Tree - Service Terms
Last updated: 1 September 2026
These terms explain how The Czech Family Tree works: a one-off genealogy research project based on Czech sources. They are written to be read, not skimmed — most questions are answered here.
1. What this service is
1.1 The Czech Family Tree is a one-off genealogy research service. It is separate from My Czech Heritage membership and does not create an ongoing membership, subscription, or automatic renewal.
1.2 What you are buying. You are buying my research time, experience, method, and written results—not a guaranteed number of records, generations, ancestors, or a guaranteed completed family tree. Genealogy is discovery: records may be missing, unavailable, unreadable, restricted, destroyed, indexed incorrectly, or impossible to connect with confidence.
1.3 Standard scope. Unless we agree a different scope in writing, the standard project aims to trace the direct ancestry of one starting person through Czech sources for up to five generations above that person—six generations in total, including the starting person. A standard six-generation project may involve approximately 150 records, but this is an estimate, not a promise.
1.4 Alternative scopes. I may offer other clearly defined project types, such as a direct maternal or paternal line, a limited number of people, a fixed number of records, or a research question focused on one family branch. The agreed scope, price, and deliverables will be confirmed before work begins.
1.5 Czech research only. The service covers research in sources relating to the present-day Czech Republic. If a family line leads outside this territory, I may identify that connection and suggest possible next steps, but foreign research is not included unless we agree it separately in writing.
1.6 No instant result. Research happens in the order, pace, and method appropriate to the records available. I do not promise a particular result by a particular date unless a delivery date is expressly agreed in writing.
2. What I need from you
2.1 Starting information. Before work begins, you will provide the information and materials you have about the starting person and known family: names, dates, places, photographs, certificates, family notes, previous research, links, and relevant documents.
2.2 Accuracy of information. You are responsible for providing information honestly and to the best of your knowledge. I may rely on the information you give me, but I will assess it against the historical sources available.
2.3 Living people. Please provide only the information about living relatives that is necessary for the project. Do not send DNA results, detailed health information, or other sensitive information about living people unless we have agreed this in writing in advance. Details of how I handle personal data are in the Privacy Policy.
2.4 Existing online trees. If you would like me to work in an existing tree on Ancestry, MyHeritage, or another platform, please invite me through the platform’s editor or collaborator settings. Do not send me your password. You remain responsible for your own account, and the platform’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
2.5 Your cooperation. I may need clarification, copies of documents, or confirmation of a family connection. Delays in receiving necessary information can delay the project.
3. How research works
3.1 Sources. I use sources appropriate to the project, which may include digitised parish registers, civil registers, archive catalogues, land and house records, censuses, military records, historical maps, newspapers, local sources, and other relevant materials.
3.2 Research judgement. I decide which sources and research routes are proportionate and appropriate within the agreed scope. I do not treat online hints, Smart Matches, unsourced trees, or automated suggestions as proof without checking them against reliable sources.
3.3 Records and access. Some records are unavailable, restricted, missing, damaged, hard to read, not digitised, subject to archive rules, or held outside the Czech Republic. I will explain important limitations where they affect the project.
3.4 Archive visits and external fees. The project price includes only the archive work, travel, copying, certification, postage, or official fees expressly stated in your quote or scope. Any additional external costs require your approval before they are incurred.
3.5 Contacting living relatives. Contacting living relatives is not included unless expressly stated in the agreed scope. If included, I will approach people respectfully, explain why I am contacting them, and respect any refusal. I will not share their contact details or personal information with you without their clear permission.
4. Deliverables and ownership
4.1 Standard deliverables. Unless your quote says otherwise, you will receive:
-
a PDF family-tree chart showing the agreed scope and the information found;
-
a PDF table of the records found, including names, dates, places, parents where recorded, and archival source citations;
-
a concise written research summary in English.
4.2 What is not included. The service does not include full translations of historical documents, legal advice, proof of citizenship or inheritance, certified copies, archive fees, travel, printed charts, or ongoing updates, unless explicitly included in writing.
4.3 Your use of the results. Once the project is paid for in full, you may use the delivered results for your personal family-history purposes and share them with your family.
4.4 My work and materials. My research notes, working methods, templates, correspondence, and unfinished working files remain mine. You receive the final deliverables described in the agreed scope. Archive images and third-party materials may be subject to the archive’s or platform’s own terms.
4.5 Genealogical conclusions. Family trees are research conclusions based on the sources available at the time. New records, later discoveries, or different interpretations may change a conclusion. I will correct a clear error in my delivered work if you tell me within 30 days of delivery.
5. Price, payment and cancellation
5.1 Price. The price and scope are shown on the service page, in your quote, or in a written agreement before work begins. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Payment. Payment is due in advance unless we agree another arrangement in writing. I begin work after payment and after I have received sufficient starting information.
5.3 Right to cancel before work begins. You may cancel before I begin work. If you cancel before work begins, I will refund the amount paid, less any non-refundable third-party cost already incurred with your approval.
5.4 Work started at your request. If you ask me to begin the service during any applicable statutory withdrawal period, you expressly request that I begin work before that period ends. Where the law permits, you acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost once the service has been fully performed, or that you may be required to pay for the part of the service already provided if you cancel after work has begun.
5.5 Personalised research. Once active research has started, I cannot normally refund time already spent on your project. If I cannot continue the project for a reason on my side, I will refund a fair proportion of the payment for the part of the service not provided.
5.6 My right to decline or pause work. I may decline, pause, or end work if the project is outside my expertise or geographic scope, if essential information is missing, if communication becomes abusive, if I am asked to act unlawfully or intrusively, or if continuing would create a conflict of interest. If I end the project for a reason on my side, I will explain why and refund a fair proportion for the uncompleted work.
6. Timing and communication
6.1 Timeline. I will give you an estimated timeline before work begins where possible. Research time varies with the complexity of the family, the availability and condition of records, archive access, and your response time.
6.2 Updates. I will communicate in writing unless we agree otherwise. I may send updates at meaningful stages of the project rather than after every record or search.
6.3 Completion. The project is complete when I deliver the agreed final materials or when I explain that the agreed research scope has been completed and no further proportionate route is currently available.
7. Confidentiality and personal data
7.1 Confidentiality. Family information is personal. I treat the information and materials you share with me as confidential and use them only for the agreed project, except where disclosure is required by law or you ask me to share them.
7.2 Personal data. I process personal data in line with GDPR. The Privacy Policy explains how I handle project materials, family-tree data, information about living relatives, communications, and your rights.
8. Changes and contact
8.1 Changes. I may update these terms from time to time. The version in force for your project is the version shown or sent to you when you purchase or book the service, unless a change is required by law or we agree otherwise in writing.
8.2 Contact. Questions before or during a project? Write to zdislava@myczechheritage.co.

By placing an order, booking a consultation, making a payment, downloading a digital product, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Nature of the services
The Provider offers, depending on availability:
a) professional genealogical and archival research;
b) genealogy consultations, coaching sessions, mentoring, and educational support;
c) research plans, written reports, family-history summaries, source lists, transcriptions, translations, and related research deliverables;

e) downloadable digital products, including PDF guides, workbooks, charts, research tools, and learning materials; and
f) other genealogy-related services as described on this website or agreed individually in writing.
Genealogical research is an interpretive and evidence-based activity. Historical records may be incomplete, inaccessible, damaged, inaccurate, illegible, contradictory, missing, restricted by archive policies, or unavailable online. The Provider does not guarantee that a specific person, ancestor, document, relationship, location, date, or family line will be found.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the Provider does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, legal proof of citizenship, inheritance advice, notarial services, or certified legal translations. Research reports and other materials are prepared for informational and educational purposes.
3. Orders and contract formation
The descriptions of Services and products on this website are invitations to purchase and do not constitute a binding offer by the Provider.
An order may be placed through the website, booking system, email, invoice, payment link, or another method offered by the Provider. Before placing an order, the customer should review the relevant service description, price, delivery method, estimated timeframe, and any specific requirements.
A contract is formed when the Provider confirms acceptance of the order in writing, usually by email, or when the Provider begins supplying the agreed Service after receiving payment or another agreed confirmation.
The Provider may decline or cancel an order before contract formation, for example where:
a) the requested work falls outside the Provider’s expertise or capacity;
b) the customer has provided incomplete, misleading, or insufficient information;
c) archive restrictions, privacy rules, or practical circumstances make the work unsuitable or impossible; d) there is an obvious error in the price or service description;
or e) the requested work would be unlawful, unethical, unsafe, or contrary to these Terms.
If payment has already been received for an order that the Provider cannot accept, the relevant amount will be refunded without undue delay.
4. Prices, payments, and taxes
All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
The customer is responsible for checking the total price, including any applicable payment-provider charges, currency-conversion charges, bank fees, delivery charges, or third-party archive fees before completing payment.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
a) digital products must be paid in full before access or download is provided;
b) consultations and coaching sessions must be paid in full before the scheduled appointment;
c) research projects may require an advance payment, deposit, or payment in stages;
d) work will normally begin only after the agreed payment has been received;
and e) archive fees, copying fees, postage, travel costs, translation costs, specialist fees, or other agreed third-party expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
For custom research, the scope of work, estimated hours, fixed fee, hourly rate, payment schedule, and any additional expenses will be confirmed in writing before or at the start of the project.
5. Genealogy research services
The Provider will perform research with reasonable professional care, using sources and methods that the Provider considers appropriate to the agreed research objective.
Research conclusions are based on the sources available at the time of research and on the Provider’s professional interpretation. Historical evidence may be incomplete or may later be supplemented, corrected, or reinterpreted as new records become available.
The customer understands and accepts that:
a) research results cannot be guaranteed;
b) the absence of a record does not prove that an event did not occur;
c) similarly named individuals may be difficult to distinguish;
d) historical spellings, dates, jurisdictions, boundaries, and administrative divisions may vary;
e) archival records may contain errors or conflicting information;
f) the Provider may need to adjust the research strategy if the available evidence requires it;
and g) any estimated timeframe is an estimate only, not a guaranteed deadline.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Provider’s work is limited to the specific research objective, timeframe, location, family line, record group, or number of research hours stated in the order confirmation or project agreement.
The customer must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge and must promptly supply relevant documents, family information, permissions, and clarifications reasonably requested by the Provider. Delays caused by missing information, archive closures, third-party delays, or circumstances outside the Provider’s control may extend the delivery period.
6. Digital products and immediate delivery
Digital products may include downloadable files, online courses, worksheets, guides, templates, recordings, or other digital content supplied without a physical medium.
Digital products are supplied for personal use only unless a separate commercial, organisational, classroom, or licensing agreement has been made in writing.
Where a consumer purchases digital content that is supplied immediately after payment, the consumer will be asked, before payment is completed, to:
a) expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content before the end of the statutory withdrawal period;
and b) acknowledge that, once supply begins, they lose their statutory right to withdraw from the contract to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If the required consent and acknowledgement are not obtained, the consumer’s statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure that digital products are delivered or made available as described. The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and for ensuring that their device can open the stated file format or access the relevant platform.
7. Right of withdrawal for customers
This section applies only to customers who are consumers, meaning natural persons acting outside their business, trade, or profession.
Where a consumer enters into a distance contract with the Provider, the consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days, subject to the exceptions and conditions set out by applicable law.
For services, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the contract is concluded.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the contract is concluded, unless the consumer has expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal as described in Section 8.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the Provider of their decision by a clear statement sent to:
Zdislava Silvarová
Nový Ples 15 Jaroměř, Czech Republic
Email: zdislava@myczechheritage.co
The consumer may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
If the consumer requests that a service begin during the withdrawal period and later withdraws from the contract, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the part of the service already supplied, where permitted by applicable law.
The Provider will reimburse payments received from a valid withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, subject to applicable legal conditions. The reimbursement will normally be made using the same payment method used by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights under Czech law or other applicable consumer-protection law.

All materials created by the Provider, including research reports, written explanations, worksheets, guides, course materials, templates, website content, graphics, lesson materials, transcriptions, translations, and digital products, are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

The customer may not, without the Provider’s prior written permission:
a) reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, upload, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit the materials; b) share downloadable products, course access, worksheets, or recordings with others;
c) remove copyright notices or branding;
d) use the materials to create competing products, courses, services, or databases; or
e) present the Provider’s research, reports, wording, or educational materials as their own work.
The customer may cite factual historical sources contained in a report in their own genealogy work, provided that the Provider’s original analysis, structure, wording, educational materials, and report design are not copied or misrepresented.
11. Customer content, privacy, and living persons
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have a lawful basis to provide personal data, documents, photographs, family-tree information, DNA-related information, or other materials relating to living persons.
The customer should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal data. If the customer provides information about living persons, the Provider will process it only as necessary to provide the requested Services, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
The Provider’s handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at Privacy policy Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
The Provider may use reputable third-party tools, such as payment processors, website platforms, email providers, video-conferencing platforms, cloud-storage services, archives, and genealogy databases, where necessary to operate the business and provide the Services. Such services may process data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Confidentiality
The Provider will treat customer-provided family information and research materials as confidential and will not intentionally disclose them to third parties except:
a) where necessary to provide the agreed Services;
b) where the customer has given permission;
c) where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority; or
d) where information is already publicly available.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Provider may refer in general and anonymised terms to the type of research undertaken for portfolio, educational, or marketing purposes, but will not disclose identifiable customer information or sensitive family details without consent.
13. Limitation of liability
The Provider will treat customer-provided family information and research materials as confidential and will not intentionally disclose them to third parties except:
a) where necessary to provide the agreed Services;
b) where the customer has given permission;
c) where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority; or
d) where information is already publicly available.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Provider may refer in general and anonymised terms to the type of research undertaken for portfolio, educational, or marketing purposes, but will not disclose identifiable customer information or sensitive family details without consent.
14. Force majeure
The Provider is not responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond the Provider’s reasonable control, including illness, accident, bereavement, archive closures, war, civil disturbance, natural disaster, epidemic, internet or power outage, cyber incident, government action, postal disruption, or failure of a third-party service.
Where such circumstances occur, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and, where practical, agree a revised delivery date or another appropriate solution.
15. Governing law and sispute resolution
These Terms and any contractual relationship between the Provider and the customer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
If the customer is a consumer habitually resident in another country, they may also benefit from mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of their country of residence where those provisions apply and provide greater protection.
The parties will first try to resolve any complaint or dispute amicably by contacting each other in writing.
For consumers, out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes may be handled by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI), subject to the applicable legal conditions. Further information is available at https://www.coi.cz.
The European Commission’s former Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. The Provider does not undertake to use any alternative private dispute-resolution platform unless required by law.
16. Changes to these terms
The Provider may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of the customer’s order will normally apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or the customer expressly agrees otherwise.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
